Here's exactly what to expect on day one.

From walking in to walking out.

Every first-timer gets the same thing: a coach who's expecting you, a clear rundown of what's coming, and zero pressure to already know what you're doing.

Get There Early

Come in about 10 minutes before your session. A coach will meet you at the door, get you checked in, and give you a quick rundown of the space and what the session ahead looks like. No forms to fumble through mid-warm-up. We sort all that before the clock starts.

The Walkthrough

Before anything counts, your coach runs you through every movement in that day's session properly, at your pace, with time for questions. If something needs scaling back or building up, that happens here, not mid-set. You'll always know what's coming next.

Warm-Up

A proper warm-up built to get your body ready for what's ahead: raising your heart rate, opening up your joints, and lowering the chance of tweaking something before the real work begins.

The Session

This is it: the main event. Your coach stays on the floor the whole way through, cueing form, calling out timing, and keeping an eye on everyone in the room. You'll work hard, but you're never working it out alone.

Cool Down & Send-Off

A proper cool-down to bring your heart rate back down, followed by the bit we don't skip: everyone acknowledging everyone else for showing up and getting through it. That's the RES3T community bit, and it starts on day one.

Before You Arrive

Two things worth knowing.

Small stuff, but it makes your first visit smoother. Have a read before you head in.

Parking
  • Please park on the street, not at the top of the driveway. That space is shared with our neighbouring businesses, and we want to stay on good terms with them.
  • The exception: if you're training in the 5:30pm class or coming in on a Sunday, the driveway is fine to use.
  • Outside of those times, street parking only, every time. It's a small ask that keeps the peace with the businesses next door.
What to Bring
  • A towel
  • A drink bottle
  • Comfortable workout gear and closed-in shoes
  • Whatever energy you've got that day. That's genuinely enough.
What You'll Be Doing

A quick look at our four classes.

Your first session will be one of these four. Here's the shape of each one, so there's no mystery walking in.

Strength
FORGE
Controlled, progressive lifting. Slower pace, resistance-based movement, built to make you stronger, scaled to wherever you're starting from.
HIIT
IGNITE
Heart-starting, high-intensity circuit work built for maximum calorie burn. Fast pace, big energy.
HIIT
FUSION
A genuine mix of strength and cardio in the one circuit session, a bit of everything, every time.
Recovery
RESTORE
Mat pilates or stretch, depending on the session. Built into the week on purpose, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Never trained before?

Every movement gets scaled to you. There's no version of "too unfit" or "too new" that a coach can't work with.

Coming back after time off?

Rebuild at your own pace. Coaches adjust the session in real time. You're never forced to keep up with anyone else's clock.

Already train hard?

The programming scales up just as far as you're willing to push. Bring the intensity, we'll meet it.
